Product Availability

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products, refuse orders, or cancel items that become unavailable.

Inventory may sell out before an order is processed.

Custom, Personalized & Embroidered Products

Customers purchasing embroidered, personalized, customized, altered, or made-to-order merchandise are responsible for reviewing all information submitted for production.

This includes spelling, names, logos, artwork, placement, sizing, colors, quantities, and other customization instructions.

Once production, embroidery, printing, digitization, alteration, or customization has begun, the order may no longer be modified or canceled.

Custom and personalized merchandise is governed by the final-sale provisions contained in our Refund & Return Policy.

We are not responsible for errors that result from incorrect information, artwork, spelling, sizing, or instructions submitted or approved by the customer.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are subject to our applicable Pre-Order Policy.

Pre-order dates, production timelines, release dates, fulfillment dates, and shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer acknowledges that delays may occur and agrees to the terms displayed for the pre-order at the time of purchase.
